RCFC has been in operation since 1995, but has grown substantially since that time with programs such as Recreation, Peer Support and most recently the Peer Companion program.

We are an organization that encourages the participation of people who have experience in the mental health system and we are supportive of members who wish to move along the continuum from volunteer to paid staff.

Mission Statement * To encourage, increase and support consumer participation in the planning and provision of programs.
* To provide our own independent organization that promotes respect for our place and voice in the community.

Operating Philosophy To Provide Meaningful Participation Opportunity and Involvement Experience for Consumers Which Support, Encourage and Respect Health and Well-being Needs and Recovery Processes.
