When individuals, couples, or families are distressed they may feel apprehensive about talking to someone they don't know; however, concerns tend to fade when there is a good fit between client and therapist. Research has shown that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is an important component of successful therapy, along with the training and experience of the therapist.

Many people find that psychotherapy is helpful for making positive changes and reducing distress. At Richmond Counseling & Psychotherapy Clinic, we offer quality and ethical psychological and counseling services, suited to your individual needs.

Our clinic is staffed by two Registered Psychologists and a part-time Clinic Assistant.

We conduct diagnostic assessments, medical-legal assessments, and empirically validated treatment for adults, couples, families, and teens.
