Phebe is a business advisor and lawyer.  Prior to establishing her own law firm in 2015, she worked at national and international law firms for over 10 years.

Phebe takes joy in growing with clients in diverse industries. Phebe provides corporate legal work, business arrangement, and “match-making” services for various industries; including the clean tech, renewable energy, hospitality, agri-food, senior care, education, construction, technology and LNG industries. In particular, she connects Asian businesses with public and private Canadian investment and business opportunities.

Furthermore, Phebe is an expert in immigration. She provides the full range of Canadian immigration and citizenship services, specializing in BCPNP business investment immigration, Start-up Visa program, as well as work permits for international companies.

Phebe is also a litigator. She has represented clients in: trials by judge and jury, court of appeal and arbitrations. She also represents clients in immigration detention hearings, mediations and appeals, as well as Federal Court judicial reviews.

Phebe’s strategic and savvy hands-on personality involves her with client’s enterprises long before they require “traditional” legal work. She holds both a B.Comm. and LL.B. Phebe often becomes more than a legal resource because she actively contributes in her client’s internal business teams. Her goal is to provide practical and timely advice, while keeping costs reasonable and limited to what clients really need. In addition, Phebe loves to problem solve and typically charges on a set fee basis rather than an hourly basis.
