Richmond, BC – On April 29th, Richmond Chamber of Commerce members gathered for their Annual General Meeting. Samson Chan was unanimously confirmed as the 2026/2027 Chair of the Board.
As he steps into the role, Chan emphasized the importance of collaboration between the Chamber and the business community: “Despite the challenges and uncertainties Richmond currently faces, this is a city that perseveres, adapts, and emerges stronger time and time again. It is my role to work with our board and the Chamber staff to be the source of support and strength for you and your business to thrive here. But we cannot do this alone. I invite you to actively participate in our events, openly share your ideas and concerns, and partner with us on initiatives to make this city the place to do business. Here's to a great 2026 and beyond.”
