The Richmond Chamber of Commerce provides certification of documents that are required for export of goods. For example: certificates of origin, commercial invoices, letters for business visas, and others.
Certificate of Origin is a legal document declaring that goods in a particular international shipment are of a certain origin. A Certificate of Origin issued by a Chamber of Commerce is required by many customs administrations, importers, freight forwarders, or financial institutions.
Export documents are certified by the Richmond Chamber of Commerce every working day between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Closed for Lunch Break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.)
All documents that are you present must be notarized or accompanied by a valid letter of waiver (on file for two years).
